Just like all the other resolution people, I too began a journey to change my life and my body in January. I adopted a new way of eating and cooking, and a new way of thinking. After about the first 30 days, I decided I wanted a personal trainer to push me harder toward my goal. I’ve know Ralph for years now, mostly through baseball, but one thing always comes to mind when I see him-champion. He helped lead his baseball team to a championship, quickly championed his way to a top position at the DAC, and always behaves as a champion in public. I felt like that is what I needed to get that extra push to gain a sleek, toned body-a champion. Once I met with Ralph for that initial session, I knew that this was a perfect fit! He motivates me by gently pushing me harder, keeping my goals in mind. Phrases like “focus on your goal”, and “we are professional athletes” help me hold that plank longer or get those last few reps in. I’ve only been meeting him for a few short weeks, but I already see the difference his workouts have made on my mind and body. I feel more confident and motivated. My friends and family have even noticed the changes in my physique. I look forward to my workouts each week with Ralph, and hope to foster a long, lasting partnership in fitness with him.
