Personal trainer Ralph Roberts is gearing up for Race for the Cure on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014. In preparation, he's created a training schedule to get you ready for this 5K.
This Monday through Friday routine makes incremental steps up in mileage goals over a 6 week period, starting at 1.5 miles the first week and working up to 3 miles by the final day.
Ralph has also created his own team for this year's Race for the Cure in Amarillo. Join his team, Ralph Roberts Personal Training, in the fight against breast cancer.
