8-Week Strong Challenge
Are you ready to sweat? Are you ready to push yourself? Are you ready to see results? Make a commitment to getting fit, strong and healthy by signing up for Ralph Roberts’ 8-Week Strong Challenge and take the holiday season by storm.
The program will consist of 16, twice-a-week classes starting Tuesday, Oct. 18 and lasting until Thursday, Dec, 8.

Each week, members will have the chance to participate in personal challenges and win prizes. Members will also compete with each other for a grand prize to be announced at the end of the challenge. To measure your progress, Ralph Roberts will conduct weekly full-body percentage and composition analyses.
*Program is available to Downtown Athletic Club members and non-members.
