I started working out with Ralph in March, during wrestling season. At first I just wanted to get stronger but not gain any weight because I still had to make the 162 weight class (I weighted about 165). When wrestling was over in April I told Ralph "I wanted to weight 190 by the end of summer" so we changed up the work outs and started to diet like he told me to. We work out 3 days a week for about an hour. It is now the middle of June and I weigh 190 lbs. I hit my goal way before I could ever imagine because Ralph has taught me to overachieve.
