One option for at-home fitness is a good workout DVD. While there are certainly some bad ones out there, you will also find some quality workouts to get you results. It’s a good idea to have more than one, so you don't get bored.
Which Workout DVD Should I Buy?
When choosing a DVD, you should keep in mind the following factors:
- Your current level of fitness. You don't want to start off overdoing it. You will just get discouraged, or worse, get injured.
- Your fitness goals. Do you want to shed pounds? Develop muscle? Improve flexibility? Knowing your individual fitness goals is important.
- Your preferences. You know what you like, and what you don't like. While it is a good idea to keep an open mind and try new things, you should avoid fitness DVD's that aren't "you." You won't use them if they annoy you.
